First of all I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home however I lost my brother very sudden. Laura handled everything for me and my family and provided excellent and compassionate service during a difficult time. Laura thanks for your work & dedication.

Laura took care of my mother. She was kind and patient. She allowed me to help with many things which aided in my grieving process. She even dealt with my specific directions of how my mothers socks be worn with grace. I really appreciated her patience.

When my brother passed away unexpectedly on April 27th in Zion, IL, my siblings and I did not know who to reach out to for his final arrangements because none of us live in Illinois. Luckily someone recommended Laura Sambrano.. A fter viewing her website, it was the kindness I saw in her face, as well as my first conversation with her, that made me realize that this was the person that I was going to trust with my brother's final arrangements. Laura was a God send. She was right there with my sister and I as we went through all the stages of grief. Her ability to know how to act with the family is a blessing. She was truly put on this earth to help people in their moment of need. I felt like we had a friend helping us through this. Laura was not only there for us in the days it took for my brother's cremation arrangements, but she has been there since to answer any questions we might still have.

Laura Sambrano was caring & respectful in our time of need. We were coming from out of state and our family had no idea who to use in Illinois. When my sister spoke to Laura on the phone for the first time she immediately received a warm friendly feeling from her. When we arrived @ her office it was like meeting a friend. She helped us through the process in a timely manner knowing we had a limited time in Illinois to bring our loved one home to Florida. I would recommend Laura to anyone who lost a loved one & is in need of her services in such a difficult time in life.

"Laura Sambrano is just simply amazing. She only met us the day before our youngest son passed away. She didn't just want to help us plan everything that day she wanted to know all about our son and his journey here on earth for the 17 years we had with him. She showed us such great compassion and love in the first five minutes we were with her, that I immediately knew she was the right person for us. She spends as much time with you as you feel is needed to plan your loved ones final services. Laura helps you remember the smallest of details that in your time of grief you might otherwise forget, she hides nothing from you and explains everything thoroughly. She makes sure everything is how you want it before she leaves and if you happen to think of something afterwards she is amazingly fast at changing or adding it for your loved one. She handles everyone's loved one as if they were a member of her own family and gives them the dignity they deserve. At the time of service Laura makes sure everything is just how you want it, and handles everything during the services. But she doesn't stop after its over she recently came out to my house to fill the pendants with my son's ashes for our other children and family members, Laura is truly doing the work that God intended her to do, she will always be the Angel my family needed and I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who may be facing a loved ones death.
