Victor "Steve" Neal

Victor Steven "Steve" Neal, 49, of Antioch passed away May 30, 2019, at home. He was born March 21, 1970, in Chicago. Steve is survived by his loving family, his mother, Lavernia (nee Fugate) Neal; three sons, Seth Neal, Samuel Neal and Skylar Neal; sister and brother-in-law, D. Michelle (Douglas) Arkin; nephew, Christopher Arkin, and niece, Samantha Arkin; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd W. Neal; three uncles, and four aunts. A graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial Park, 33100 N. Hunt Club Rd., Libertyville, on Monday, June 3, 2019, at 1:00 PM (please meet in the mausoleum chapel, then we will process to the grave); Rev. Bobby J. Fugate will officiate the services.
