Thomas "Sets" Puckelwartz

Thomas "Sets" Puckelwartz, 75, of Huntley, passed away September 20, 2020, at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital. He was born April 15, 1945, in Chicago to the late Frank and Edith (nee Wilson) Puckelwartz. On May 19, 1974, in Chicago, Sets married the love of his life, Lynn Giovannetti. Sets is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Lynn Puckelwartz; three daughters, Lisa Naujokas, Cheryl (Dave) Puckelwartz-Bumblis, and Amy (Matt Heiderman) Puckelwartz; four grandchildren, Cassie and Cameron, Maddie and Shay; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ron and Diane Giovannetti; sister-in-law, Gloria Puckelwartz; three nephews, Michael (Anne) Giovannetti, Robbie Giovannetti and Chris Puckelwartz. In addition to his parents, Sets was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Puckelwartz. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020, from 10am -12 pm, at Kolbus-May Funeral Home, 6857 W. Higgins Ave., Chicago. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2020, at 12pm at the funeral home with Chaplain Phil Surdynski officiating. Interment will be private.
