Robin Clarence Baylor, 81, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 30, 2025. He was born on Tuesday, December 7, 1943, in Missoula, Montana to the late Robert Clarence and Bessie Irene (Jackson) Baylor.
Robin was a United States Navy veteran, and a member of the VFW Post 4308 in Lake Villa, IL. Robin loved the outdoors, was an avid fisherman, always put others first, and a friend to all.
Robin is survived by his loving family, his children, Scott (Maria) Baylor, Natalie (Bobby) Johnson, and Derrick Baylor; grandchildren, Caitlyn Baylor, Dylan Baylor, Jordyn Baylor, and Raeanne (Logan) Dimick; great grandchildren, Levi Dimick and Charlie Dimick; and sister, Victoria Barday; In addition to his parents, Robin was preceded in death by his sister, Audrey Baylor; his former wife, friend, and mother of his children, Sarah Baylor; and his favorite dog, his beloved Chihuahua, Chica, who held a big place in his heart.
A celebration of life will take place in the Spring of 2026.
