Michael Armstrong Waters, 70, of Prospect Heights, passed away Monday, February 25, 2019, at home. He was born on November 24, 1948, in Evanston, Illinois. He is the loving father of, Crystal (Ryan) Waters Mendoza, and beloved grandfather of Jory Hope and Pryde. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, LeMoyne Arthur and Frances (Krause) Waters, and sister, Joni Rantool. Services and interment are private.
