Maria Micaela Sosa

Maria Micaela de Jesus Sosa, 80, of Mexico, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018. She was born October 1, 1937 in Mexico. Maria is survived by her twelve children, Aurelio (Irlanda) Hernandez, Hugo (Elba) Hernandez, Silverio (Virginia) Hernandez, Andrea (William) Rost, Ubaldo (Flor) Hernandez, Leonardo (Maria Magdalena) Hernandez, Ana Maria (Ciro) Alvarez, Gumersindo (Isabel) Hernandez, Donato (Francisca) Hernandez, Hipolita (Tomas Alejandro) Pavon, Julia (Jonas) Garcia and Regino (Viviana) Hernandez; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother, Isidro Espinoza; one sister, Cipriana Hernandez. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Maria Abelina Sosa, and beloved husband, Cesilio Filemon Hernandez. Visitation is Friday, March 9, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel, 1521 Washington St., Waukegan. Funeral services are Friday, March 9, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the funeral home with Fr. Francisco Cuevas officiating. Burial will take place in Mexico.
