Long H. Yang

Long H. Yang, 79, of Glenview, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview. He was born on October 29, 1941, in Taiwan to the late Tai Gen Yang and Sheng Yih Yang. Long is survived by his loving wife, Ming Yang; two sons, Daniel (Marta) Yang and Richard (Lonn) Yang; six grandchildren, Michael, Katherine, Karoline, Kayla, Ethan, and Reese; two brothers, Hong Chin Yang and Zong Zhen Yang; four sisters, Wu Yue Yang, Bi Yun Yang, Mei Shiang Yang, and Shou Tsu Yang; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Long was preceded in death by his brother, Hong Zhang Yang. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 1, 2021, from 10 am - 11 am at Ringa Funeral Home, 122 S. Milwaukeee, Ave., Lake Villa, IL. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 11 am, on Thursday with Fr. Krzysztof "Chris" Ciaston officiating from St. Paul the Apostle Church in Gurnee, IL. A luncheon will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021, from 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm, at Salutos Restaurant, 7680 Grand Avenue, Gurnee, IL. The cremation interment will take place on Friday, July 2, 2021, at 12:00 pm, at Highland Memorial Park, 33100 N.
