Lisa B. Schultz, 38, of Deerfield, passed away on July 6, 2021, at home. She was born on September 2, 1982, in Chicago. Lisa is survived by her five children, Mia, Austin, Jordan, Aiden, and Eli; her mother, Margie Schultz; twin sister, Jenny Schultz; and one nephew, Donovan. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Schultz and her precious baby girl, Raya. Services and interment are private. Arrangements entrusted to Sambrano Funeral & Cremation, Gurnee.
