Kenneth Ray Estes

Kenneth Ray Estes, 80, of Gurnee, passed away December 15, 2021, at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born September 27, 1941, in Iuka, Mississippi to the late George Gipson and Alice Mildred (Hannah) Estes. Kenneth is survived by his loving daughter, Diahnn (Gil) Lopez; his loving companion, Pam Doyle; brother, Gatha (Carole) Estes; grandchildren, Terry Anthony Cyplick, George Adam Cyplick, Reina Estes Lopez, and Lilah Alice Lopez; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his beloved grandson, Kevin Bradley Cyplick; brothers and sisters, Virginia Hendrix, Geneva Blackard, Mederia Gist, Fredia Estes, Helen Ruth Estes, Damie Jewell Estes, Austin Junior Estes, and John Grady Estes. A celebration of life will be held at the Gurnee American Legion, 749 Milwaukee Avenue, Gurnee, on Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm.
