Joan Frances Paulson

Joan F. Paulson, 79, of Waukegan, passed away February 24, 2021, at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. She was born June 17, 1941, in Waukegan, IL to the late John and Frances (DeSoto) Morris. On July 8, 1955, in Waukegan, Joan married David Paulson. Joan is survived by her husband of 65 years, David; three children, John, Sr. (Robin) Paulson, Cathy Paulson, and Robert Paulson; five grandchildren, Chad (Jessica) Paulson, John, Jr. (Kori) Paulson, Erik Paulson, David Pratt, and Robyn Paulson; four great grandchildren, Taylor (Marshall) Sandretto, Kaden Paulson, Carter Paulson, and Mason Pratt; two sisters, Linda (Joe) McPherson and Dee (Jim) Christian; three sisters-in-law, Helen Carbone, Donna Lee Graham, and Carol Paulson;a special niece, Kathleen (Joe) Chalker, and many more nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by four brothers-in-law, John (Pat) Paulson, Ron Paulson, Fred Paulson, and Guy Carbone. Services are private. Interment at Mt.
