James "Jim" Harold Jennison, 72, of Chicago, IL, passed away June 23, 2020, at RML Specialty Hospital in Hinsdale, IL. He was born August 8, 1947, in Chicago, IL to the late Harold Otto and Virginia Mary (Crowley) Jennison. Jim was a United States Army Veteran serving during Vietnam. He worked as Electrician, and was a member of Local 701 IBEW from 1969 until his retirement in 2002. He loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and enjoyed working on his El Camino. Jim is survived by his loving family; his daughter and son-in-law, Samantha (Chris) Jennison-Lindeen of Antioch, IL; sisters, Pat Kelly and Sue Jennison both of Chicago, IL; brother and sister-in-law, Frank (Debbie) Jennison of Wooddale, IL; his best friend and mother of his daughter, Lynda Jennison of Antioch, IL; and many nieces and nephews. Jim's celebration of life will be a casual event. You are invited to have a bite to eat, a drink, and share some stories and memories. The gathering will take place on Saturday, August 8, 2020 (Jim's Birthday), from 1-5 pm at the VFW Post 4551, 75 North Avenue, Antioch, IL 60002, 847-395-5393.
