Irene Villavicencio Diaz, 82, of Waukegan, passed away peacefully November 1, 2021, at home. She was born September 18, 1939, in Mexico to the late Ramon Villavicencio and Carmen Diaz Ramos. Irene is survived by her four children, Victor Villavicencio, Yessnia Balcazar, Patricia Villavicencio Diaz, and Enrique (Elena) Zaragoza; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
