Guadalupe A. Marin

Guadalupe A. Marin, 77, passed away January 25, 2024, in Libertyville. He was born November 30, 1946, in Mexico to the late Moises and Guadalupe Marin. He is survived by his loving family, his three children, Claudia (Darrin) Leith, Juan "Andy" Marin and Mariela (Kevin) Mathers; four grandchildren, Julia Leith, Jonathan Marin Soudan, Ryan Leith and Aidan Leith; and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, Guadalupe was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Julia Marin; two sons, Adrian Marin and Flavio Marin; and one grandson, Adrian Anthony Kunkle.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 30, 2024, from 4-8pm at RINGA FUNERAL HOME, 122 S. Milwaukee Ave., Lake Villa, IL. A funeral mass will take place Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 12:30pm with visitation from 12-12:30pm at Santa Maria del Popolo, 116 N. Lake Street, Mundelein, IL with Fr. Christopher Landfried officiating (PLEASE MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH ON WEDNESDAY). Burial will follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville.
