Frank Clifford Adams, 64, of Waukegan, born on April 1, 1953 in Sacramento, CA, and passed away February 13, 2018 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. A memorial service will take place on Sunday, April 22, 2018, at 3:00pm at Gurnee Community Church, 4555 Old Grand Ave., Gurnee with Pastor Chris Stephens and Pastor Brian Walter officiating.
