Donna Rubly

Donna Rubly, 69, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2022, at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. She was born on January 14, 1953, to the late Leroy and Margaret (Rizzo) Testa. Donna married the love of her life, Neil Rubly, on September 25, 1971. 

Donna is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Neil; sister-in-law, Helen (Laz) Balogh; nephews, Chris and Andy Balogh; and her companions, Milo her cat, and Dusty her Conure bird. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her beloved "Earth Angel", her son, Jesse Rubly; and sister, Margaret Ann Testa.
