Dolores Olivares

Dolores Olivares, 100, formerly of Waukegan, passed away on August 2, 2022, at Claridge Nursing Home in Lake Bluff. She was born June 27, 1922, in Kenefic, Oklahoma to Ricardo and Maria (Arellano) Olivares. Dolores worked and retired after many years of service from Abbott Labs. She is survived many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great great nieces and nephews; and great great great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her nine siblings, Josefa Olivares, Margarita Castillo, Juanita Olivares, Angela Flores, Manuel Olivares, Raquel Gonzales, Ester Gonzalez, Lucia Gonzales, and Genoveva Olivares. A memorial service will be held on Saturday,  August 20, 2022, at 1:00 pm, at Meadowridge Baptist Church, 4500 Illinois Route 173, Zion. A private graveside and burial was held at Highland Memorial Park, Libertyville, IL. Arrangements entrusted to Sambrano Funeral & Cremation, Gurnee, IL.
