Daniel Brian McDonald, 54, of Gages Lake passed away suddenly on February 13, 2018 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born on June 13, 1963 in Chicago to Marvin and Nancy (Rothmund) McDonald. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Daniel is survived by his loving brother, Mathew McDonald; nieces, Abigale Jacobs and Samantha Lacina; nephew, Sean Jacobs, and best friend, Ruth Jacobson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly McDonald. Services were held at Wildwood Presbyterian Church in Gages Lake with Pastor Erik Holm officiating. Interment will be in June 2018 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Arrangements entrusted to Sambrano Funeral & Cremation, Gurnee.
