Colleen Kramer Jenne

Colleen Kramer Jenne, beloved mother and friend, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the age of 75. She was born in Evanston, Illinois, to the late Virginia (Foley) and Jacob Kramer.

Colleen is survived by her loving children: Stephen (Ashley), Brett (Jaclyn), and Eric Jenne, along with their father, Stephen Charles Jenne. Colleen will be greatly missed by her loyal companion and beloved dog, Norman.

She cherished her role as a grandmother and was lovingly known as “Leeni” to her grandchildren: Noah, Charlie, Sophie, and Claire.

She was the devoted sister to Ginny (the late Roger) Smith, cherished sister of the late Jay; sister-in-law to Pat and Karen Kramer; Pamela Whiteley (Larry), loving sister to Kevin Kramer, and the late Denise (the late Bruce) Barclay.

Colleen was adored by her ten nieces and nephews: Michael Smith, Brian (Euna) Smith, Tim (Anita) Smith, Jay Kramer (Nicole), Patty Kramer, Katie Eriser (Nick), Megan Kramer, Max Kramer, Spencer (Katherine) Whiteley, and Todd (Megan) Whiteley. She is also survived by eleven cherished great-nieces and great-nephews.

Colleen will be deeply missed by many more wonderful family members and friends-especially her lifelong friends Nancy Petrillo, Lynda Hakanen, and Jane Blair.

Colleen’s warm spirit, bright smile and kindness will never be forgotten by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you please share a loving memory of Colleen.
