Barbara Jean Bell

Barbara Jean Bell, 77, passed away December 17, 2025. She was born October 15, 1948, in San Francisco, CA to the late Louis and Grace (Furay) Rouspil;

Barbara worked and retired after many years of service as an Administrator at the Lake County Courthouse. She was also an animal lover.

Barbara is survived by her husband of more than 40 years, Leroy Bell; three daughters, Kristina Valentine (Rich) Diaz, Jennifer (Amy) McAuliffe, and Elizabeth (Richard) Hubbard; three grandchildren, Tristyn Valentine, Kaitlyn McAuliffe and Connor McAuliffe. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her siblings.
