Alan Louis Tatgenhorst

Alan Louis Tatgenhorst, 85, of Homewood, IL, passed away December 16, 2020, at Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazelcrest, IL. He was born November 1, 1935, in Homewood, IL to the late Theodore and Erna (Dahlman) Tatgenhorst. Alan received his degree from Lewis University, worked and retired from the post office after many years of service, and was a longtime member of Salem Lutheran Church in Homewood, IL. Alan is survived by his wife of more than 50 years, Janet Tatgenhorst; one brother, Ted (Margie) Tatgenhorst; two sisters, Karen (Tom) Stuart and Lynn (Tom) Nordbrock; and many nieces and nephews.
